Add Download Button to Resume page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Resume is currently a visible image. Users cannot download to have a copy themselves.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a download button to download the PDF version of my resume.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Use an Accessible PDF viewer (but this took much more size).

Additional context
Be sure this doesn't add significantly to the size of the application being delivered (should load PDF asynchronously)
