How to add a 2nd disk to the clients for games and apps install ?

Firstly, thank you for the great guide.
I was able to get up and running within minutes after finished installation all packages and creating the VGroups and LVMs for master.
One thing, I wanted to test was a 2nd disk to use as a game disk to install games and apps.

In the guide and read me, there is no indication of how you managed the games for the LAN pcs.
Could you nudge me to the right direction ?

I install the games on the same volume as Windows. I don't really see any benefit in trying to separate them.

Note that you can have any number of disks on the server side (just add them to the volume group), and your master image can grow to use multiple physical disks. But the script is designed to handle only one logical volume as seen by the client machines.

When using single volume i would have to assign a big enough master image to accommodate the games.
In recent the games can be very big, so its more efficient to have it on different disk in case of image corruption or windows issue which may result in having to make new windows image (master).

I had tried adding the 2nd disk for the clients but it was having issue splitting the disk for the snapshots for clients.

I've never had a problem with having the games on the same disk as Windows. If something goes wrong when updating the master image, you can just revert to the last merge, no need to re-install Windows. You'd only have a real problem if you accidentally merged while the image was broken, but in 15 years of using this setup that has never happened to me.

I am not sure if it's possible to have multiple partitions within one iSCSI volume. If so, you should be able to do that through the regular Windows partition manager. If that doesn't work, though, then it may be that you have to have multiple iSCSI volumes in order to have multiple partitions. Supporting that would require making a lot of changes to the lanparty script, to extend it to support managing multiple master images instead of just one. Sorry, but I don't plan to add this, though you are of course welcome to try it.
