Floating windows / app overlay

Can you consider adding floating window function for gaming purposes? A small and transparant will be awesome. Thanks in advance!

I try make something but for start need permission Draw over other apps (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW) - its runtime permission.
Small permission list is priority for my apps.
