* Change author to include Samaneh Saadat

Updated author information for the Orbax Checkpointing guide.

* Update author information in orbax_checkpoint.ipynb

* Update authors in Orbax checkpointing documentation

* Fix formatting of author line in orbax_checkpoint.py
