[HELP] Error during installation

Describe the issue:
When I install wire-pod, it says:

What are you running wire-pod on?
Windows

Are you setting up a prod (regular) bot or a dev/OSKR (unlocked) bot?
A regular bot, but it's not the problem on the bot
What steps have you tried?
I tried to install it again, but it's crazily slow and will eventually break down at one point.

I was thinking if this is caused by a small network hiccup or error during installation(It is EXTREMELY slow)
So, is it possible to manually download everything from GitHub? Because I can download stuff quickly from GitHub.
