[HELP] Error when running wire-pod: system could not find file specified

When I try to run Wire-pod, this happens:

What are you running wire-pod on?
Windows

Are you setting up a prod (regular) bot or a dev/OSKR (unlocked) bot?
Regular bot
What steps have you tried?
I installed this thing, and it was taking forever... Anyway, I couldn't get it to work.
