METS/ALTO-style conversion?

I converted PDF files and received a single ALTO XML file for each PDF document. However, in order to import the document into another program, I need a METS/ALTO-style format. Is there a possibility to convert in METS/ALTO style so every page gets its own ALTO-XML in a subfolder?
