tree links in issue/build details should have "clear" query params

For example, in this issue details page (localhost) clicking in the first incident tree link will open it with a defconfig filter. That's mimicking the filter I had in the tree details page before this issue details and is unexpected behavior. Besides from the breadcrumb, the tree/hardware details links in the page shouldn't have any non-necessary query parameters (or at least no diffFilter ou tableFilter parameters)
