Electronic Health Records data is available on Epilepsy.Science.

scripts

This folder contains the main scripts: 

build_data_structs.m Loading and build data structures from electronic health records data, in MATLAB.

analysis_figures.m Run analysis and generate figures, in MATLAB.

core_libraries

This folder contains MATLAB scripts required for running files in "scripts".
