Delete old wallpapers on BingWall startup checkbox in Settings, maybe also set by default to keep only current and not some(5?) more...
There could be easily made script to delete all images in selected folder and this could be somehow called instead of set this deletion via some QT C++?(maybe Py conversion ?) files code directly in application.
There is also possibility to made tmpfiles.d conf file to delete it via systemd like it is setup in /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d - tmpfiles.d could be also setup in /home folder as user systemd service and be seen:
systemctl --type=service --user
