Add a Todoist plugin

Feature description

To avoid that Will has to use raw HTTP requests for one of the most commonly used TODO-software in the world, it would be great to add a dedicated plugin https://youtu.be/2-fk9L3v4cc?si=HbdeVomfmYIPGJaF&t=460

This issue already is already assigned, but if you're still willing to contribute, may I suggest that you check our curated list of good first issues to see if there is something you find interesting enough and think you can tackle independently. It can be further filtered by desired labels to narrow down the results (suggesting to filter by either area/backend or area/frontend ones, based on your preferences).
