adding another serializer (.gz) to compress response

We're recording requests and we're seeing a lot of back and forth (which is expected) but this also increases the yaml cassette size. We've added a custom serializer and a file persistence to make it work. I wanted to see if it was possible to offer one to the masses similar to what ruby vcrpy has.
