is there a way to add a network owned by a single member?

is there a way to add a non-admin member, and can create network and only view the the networks which are created by the member?

I don't see any documentation on roles/multi-tenant/hierchy options. Will there ever be roles or is it a one setup per controller? It would be nice to have a root admin(s), and users. Each user would have their own networks and admins. I noticed the ldap issue #70, which would be along these lines.
