Revival todo list

This project has been sleeping for a bit but we are reviving it and I will use this issue to track some of the things to do:

• Split and update Some reorganization, add CI build job and run geometry service example #10
  • Rename GeoSvc to ActsGeoSvc Rename GeoSvc to ActsGeoSvc #12
    • Add k4ActsTracking to key4hep-stack again in https://github.com/key4hep/key4hep-spack/ and update package recipe
  • Update to newer ACTS api (pass logger instead of loglevel)
  • Update CI Add CI tests and update to newer ACTS #13
  • Add CI test
• Write "developer guide"
• Port further Gaudi algorithms from https://github.com/delitez/k4ActsTracking
  • and change them to use Gaudi functional once that is there
