Link Relationship ui displayMode "count" labels.

I think it would be great if the labels generated by the Relationship field actually included a link to the referenced list. Currently, it's just plain text, as shown below:

But if it was linked, the end user could jump to the related list with just a click.

Pull requests accepted, I see no problem with this.
You may want to verify that list.ui.hideNavigation is false before adding the link in the implementation.

Or at least, be aligned with whatever the action menu has for the other relationship field display types.
