Document Fields Demo page of docs refers to form that doesn't exist

From the Document Fields Demo:

The document field is highly configurable. The form below lets you control which features are enabled in the demo editor.

There is no form, and I see no way to configure the editor. These docs are confusing, and had me thinking there was a frontend package with an editor one could include.
