Error while fetching docker image

I'm having the following error while trying to fetch the docker image with docker compose or docker run:

Edit: Using WSL with Windows 11.

Am I missing something?

@edgarfroes This is a public docker image. It should be straight forward to pull it. Can you pull other images?
