Arpit - how does one change the font style and size globally in your bootstrap theme ?

does it have to be compiled ? presumed the springboot process takes the changes bootrap css files etc and 'compiles' them..     made some changes in bootstrap.css in your plugins and springboot rebuild and zippo changed ?  any clues ?  thanks
