Large Xenium dataset -Killed during Estimating noise level

Hi,

I tried Baysor for three Xenium datasets , one with 10660000 transcripts, one with 5100000 transcripts and one with 28000000 transcripts. It worked fine only for the 5 million transcripts dataset. The first one was killed during the "Estimating local colors" step , while the biggest one got killed during the "Estimating noise level" step.

Do you know how can I solve this ? Is there a parameter in the config file that is critical and needs to be changed ?
