How to download the desktop client.

Hello, I want to download Khoj onto my Windows 11 desktop without using Docker or similar technologies, because I am a beginner and don't know how to use those. However, I've encountered some problems. I cannot open this website to obtain the API: http://localhost:42110/config, and I don't know how to proceed with the interface below.If it's desktop software, do I need to install Obsidian and Emacs, and how do I install them? Please help me successfully install Khoj on my desktop. I would be very grateful.
