empty JSON and CSV files

Hi there, I am not sure if it is my incompetence or something else, but the code seems to run smoothly, but the JSON and CSV files remain empty. Any idea how I can fix this?

Must be that Funda blocked scraping tools such as Scrapy.

I think that I have the same issue, is the following output during scraping considered running smoothly?
