Student feedback: KIELER was working and crashed after some weeks

I have used both IDEs. However, after trying KIELER, which unfortunately keeps
crashing now (in the beginning it did not?!?!).

Needs more information: @Drakae please find out the operating system, Java installation, and any additional information that might help us find the issue.
