Embeddings for running Distance-AF #6
Description
At the kind attention of the GitHub programming team,
i am tring to run ColabNotebook about modified AlphaFold colab version as a tool to generate embeddings for running Distance-AF.
I have tried both the full MSA code (https://colab.research.google.com/github/kiharalab/Distance-AF/blob/main/Distance_AF_embedding_FullMSA.ipynb#scrollTo=8GhadJyq4FqT) then the MMsequence code (https://colab.research.google.com/github/kiharalab/Distance-AF/blob/main/Distance_AF_embedding_MMseq.ipynb).
In both i keep reciving errors that i have been trying to resolve with GeminiAI with no success.
I am not a programmer and i don't know were is the problem nor how to solve it.
The errors were all over the place, ranging form the GPU connection, to the download of AlfaFold and to the MSA code...
Hoping that you may help me run the embedding,
