Description of the issue

Set Slider property Focusable to false
but pressing the arrow keys will still change the value of the Slider

Expected Behavior

When the Focusable is set to false,Slider will no longer respond to keyboard operations

Reproduction

<Slider VerticalAlignment="Center" Focusable="False" Value="0" Maximum="100"  Minimum="0" />

press keyboard arrow keys
