Error while uploading invoice translation

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to Kaui
2. Click on "admin"
3. Click on the "Invoice Translation" tab
4. Upload this translation file

Expected Behavior: The translation file should be uploaded and displayed in the UI
Actual Behavior: The following error is seen:

There are no errors in the KB logs.

Tested this with Kaui 4.0.22-26fee36 and this does not work as expected. The uploaded translation is not displayed in the UI.
