Project License

Dear kimber-chen,

I am writing a paper about using deep-learning for price prediction on the energy market. In the process I came across your project when I was searching for someone who might have already done something similar. Now, the thing is, I would like to reference your work whilst giving you propper credit for what you have done. Since I couldn't seem to find a license file I'd like to ask you what terms apply to this project.
