Printing problem

Hello, DaLao(Chinese), I found a problem when using this tool: when the client prints a file, the content will be blurred and ink will be broken.

The most likely cause of this is not a bug with this tool but an incorrectly configured server. Are you certain that the server has the correct drivers installed for your printer and that the driver's are up to date?
On top of this, does the server have correct access to the printer (firewall perhaps?).
Best way to test this is to log into the server, start the app you are printing from, and do a print to that printer. I strongly recommend against printer redirection for printing as it introduced delay in printing and can result in faulty prints due to lost packets. Less common on newer machines and faster networks but it is much more reliable to print directly from the machine when possible.
