style(notes): remove tool-specific media-copy suggestions from offline placeholders [opencode:arc/apex]

The offline placeholders for Sketchfab 3D models and YouTube videos no
longer mention yt-dlp, .glb, or <model-viewer>; they simply state the media
needs an internet connection and link to the source.
