Import occurrences from SiteImprove (with snippets & selector)

At the moment Webval only imports groups of occurrences. By importing occurrences SiteImprove we:

• have accurate counts of issues,
• more control over assignment, resolution & estimations
• we can avoid duplicates across pages
• avoid duplicates with other engines (only if selectors & snippets match, which is probably not be feasible)

It might be feasible with a bookmarklet but the information is buried deep into the proprietary code and hard to extract. Also likely to break with future updates. Not sure if it's worth the hassle. Probably less incentive if we support IBM checker as part of the automated detection.
