Build Issue #190
Description
I'm trying to build the latest master branch of URL Tracker on Visual Studio 2017 to do some debugging and am getting a build error The type or namespace name 'DynamicModuleHelper' does not exist in the namespace 'Microsoft.Web.Infrastructure' on the file UrlTrackerPreApplicationStart.cs. Is there an obvious solution to this that I'm missing?
