TUI mode: introduced leading spaces in responses

Bug Description

the new TUI mode has introduces leading spaces (coloured pink and black on every single line). copying the responses and pasting externally now means i have leading spaces everywher. This is highly annoying. please undo this.

Steps to Reproduce

1. open kiro-cli chat
2. write me a python function that prints "hello" 10 times
3. suffer the leading spaces

no leading spaces
