Bug in updating vue plugin to version 3.2.7

Bug Description

After updating the vue plugin to version 3.2.7, kiro IDE no longer supports .vue files

Steps to Reproduce

In any Vue project, the type annotations and click-to-jump functionality for variables, functions, and components within the .vue file are no longer effective

Expected Behavior

It can recognize .vue files normally, just like .ts files
