Operating System

Kiro Version

0.11.133

Bug Description

Team subscription via AWS IAM Identity Center (us-east-1), Kiro Pro is Active. Model availability enabled and Claude Opus 4.6 / Sonnet 4.6 added to approved list. However, even after full exit, computer restart, re-login and version 0.11.133, only Deepseek, MiniMax, GLM 5, Qwen3 are shown in the model selector. Claude models still missing.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Kiro IDE ( 0.11.133) on macOS / window.
  2. Sign in using Team subscription via AWS IAM Identity Center (us-east-1 region).
  3. Go to the model selector in the chat interface.
  4. Observe that only the following low-tier models are available:
    • Deepseek v3.2
    • MiniMax M2.5
    • MiniMax M2.1
    • GLM 5
    • Qwen3 Coder Next

Note:

  • In Kiro Console > Settings, "Model availability" is enabled.
  • Claude Opus 4.6 and Claude Sonnet 4.6 have already been added to the approved list.
  • The issue persists even after full Kiro exit, computer restart, and re-login.

Expected Behavior

I expect to see all approved models in the model selector, including:

  • Claude Opus 4.6 (2.2x credits)
  • Claude Sonnet 4.6 (1.3x credits, currently set as default)
  • Claude Opus 4.5 / Sonnet 4.5 etc.

The model list should reflect the approved list configured in the Kiro Console, allowing access to Claude models as with personal account login or as documented for Kiro Pro team subscriptions.
