What happened

During chat session, setting trust on file edits of files, does not apply on next edit of that same file. This is distinguished from bash shell scripts editing the file

Steps to reproduce

Have it edit a file, hit trust on the file edit, and then have it try and edit the file again. It should prompt for trust again.
