ComputeSeparator passes arc_weights only sometimes #5
Description
While at some places the arc weights are passed, see e.g. separator.h:44, in other places they are not, see e.g. separator.h:105. arc weights are only used for certain piercing strategies, but this is inconsistent nevertheless.
