[BUG] play rate speed range Regler Problem

Description

changing the play rate speed with <input type="range"> closes the play rate window on mouseleave.
Sometimes the speed is not changed or uses strange fractions of play rate, which where not set.
Needs more Investigation.

removing to the player from playrate pressing stop an play again, it jumps to the latest playrate setting, even if it was set to 1x before. This happen just with clicking random into the video, pausing the stream. this doesn't happen clicking the designated button.
