Slow opening of project properties

Describe the bug
Open a project to adjust projects properties takes a long time if a lot of processes is created in this project.

Some timings in 3.9.x

Amount of processes	Timing in seconds
390.000	300
83.000	35
40.000	15
13.500	5

In 3.8.4 opening the project with over 420.000 assigned processes takes even 30 seconds but with less processes in 3.9.x it takes ten times more time to open it in 3.9.x.

Expected behavior
Open a project for adjusting / editing their properties should not take a long time independent how many processes are assigned to this project.

Do you mean the editing of the project itself when you say "project properties"?

Project editing should be completely independent of the processes…

Not the editing itself, it is the opening of a project with many processes assigned to get the project properties which I may need to edit. I found this only while I was looking into #6776 .

I tried the changes of #6779 and they are working. Opening a project for editing or similar is now really fast. As I see what you changed I understand why it takes so many time on projects with many processes assigned. Thank you @BartChris .
