Request: "skip-to" button and minimum time-skip

The way year-skipping currently works, anti-matter will only be gained if the year you're currently in has an energy surplus. Incidentally, this makes Umbra the most important year to be on before initiating a time-skip (+50% HR harvester bonus).

It would be neat to have a button that automatically allows the user to skip to year 0 of a particular cycle (E.G: "skip to Umbra").

Additionally, it would be amazing to be able to add a minimum-skip requirement to time-skip (E.G: for a minimum skip of "50", only skip if there is enough heat space to allow for 50 years of skip) allowing the automation to always stay parked in Umbra.

Sorry for taking so long to respond to this. It is very advanced and I haven't progressed to this level myself. So it's very hard to put these ideas into perspective for me.

I will keep the request open, in case someone else wants to implement it, or when I get to this level myself and see how I could attend to it.
