More tax options

The current issue:
Currently the tax field when configured displays "VAT" however as a Canadian this isn't the right tax title. Also, when dealing with other provinces there are alternative tax titles and rates to use.

The solution I'd like:

• Be able to define the name of the tax code (e.g- GST/HST/PST instead of "VAT") ideally have this be a text field not a dropdown for maximum support
• Be able to configure multiple taxes for the invoice total or per-line item (e.g- in British Columbia, there is a 7% GST and 12% PST)
• Ideally, be able to review collected tax totals by tax code across invoices on the dashboard (e.g- collected 150 GST, 250 PST, 375 HST)
