CFW Shows holidays when the default calendar does not (i've set them to nil)

I set all of my holidays except general holidays to nil and mx-calendar will show for example no holiday on 10/14 however CFW shows Shemini Atzeret.

org-agenda-include-diary is also set to nil

i have no diary file
