Week view: show only Monday-Friday

It would be nice to be able to configure what days of the week are displayed (i.e. I only use the calendar for work stuff, so showing Saturday and Sunday isn't necessary, and the extra space could be used to avoid so much wordwrapping).

The view rendering functions are strongly dependent on the visible layout.
So, it is difficult to make them configurable.
I think we need to implement a new view for that...

Ok, I was hoping just to set a variable and then the rendering would skip the last two days :-)
