Missing Entries for Test Case Deletion and test case addition in Change History for Test Run

Description of problem

We have observed the following issue in Kiwi TCMS:
• When a test case is deleted from a test run, there is no corresponding entry in the Change History page.
• Currently, only state date and stop date entries are being logged, but addition and deletion of test cases in a test run should also be recorded in the history for proper traceability.

Request:
Kindly update the functionality so that both addition and deletion of test cases from a test run are logged in the Change History page.
This will help maintain complete audit tracking and improve test execution traceability.

Steps to Reproduce

1. goto test run page
2. try to add or delete tc from the test run
3. goto top page right site setting icon and select history

Actual results

only entries related to state and finish time is mentioned

Expected results

test run history should display add test case /delete test case entries
