Boot loop after flashing 4.2.3 #726

Description

Hi,

I was using Glow with an ESP32 for years now and decided to install the latest version 4.2.3 today. I used the web-loader via Chrome. Installing the firmware and setting up the wifi worked without any problems. Also I could access the web-ui and configure the esp.

However, as soon as I restart the ESP or disconnect it from power, the ESP is stuck in a boot-loop.

After some attempts it switches into safe mode which seems to work. Again, after switching back to normal mode after 300 seconds, the ESP returns resetting in the boot-loop.

Any suggestions?
