andFHEM 6.5.1 - Widgets not working anymore

Yesterday I updatet to 6.5.1 and the widgests are not working anymore.
Also I can no longer create them. For example, it is about displaying the temperature of a temperature sensor from Homematic (hm-cc-tc).
