FCM notification suddenly stopped working

After 5th Sept. 2024 my FCM notification using the 98_gcmsend.pm module suddenly stopped working.
How can i analyse what happened, to get this up and running again?

I found that Google changed the API interface for Cloud Messaging. Probably this has impact on ANDfhem's Firebase Messaging? /cc @klassm
