ERR_CONNECTION_RESET on XAMPP

So I tried to use Gitlist locally on XAMPP. I did everything correctly and using PHP 8.2.12 but when I visit my website gitlist.local I see this:

This site can’t be reached
The connection was reset.
Try:

Checking the connection

ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
