Render local style.json?

Is it possible to render style.json from filesystem? When I tried it, I've got

```

I tried
- style.json
- file://style.json
- asset://style.json

but error is always the same.

The use case for public style is
- local style.json
- local sprite
- remote glyphs
- remote tiles
