This ledger tracks public upstream work connected to the Agentic Enterprise Readiness Profile and the broader agentic AI ecosystem.
It exists to make the contribution path inspectable. It is not a claims page.
- Open PRs are evidence of work in review, not accepted contribution.
- Open issues are evidence of public technical engagement, not endorsement.
- A maintainer comment is useful feedback, not adoption.
- Contributor credit is claimed only after a PR is merged and GitHub attributes the merged commit to
@kmishra1204. - AAIF or Linux Foundation recognition is claimed only after the official process says so.
Use CONTRIBUTION_MONITORING_PROTOCOL.md for refresh cadence, status vocabulary, no-noise upstream response rules, human-only gates, and ledger update criteria.

| Ecosystem | Feedback | Response |
|---|---|---|
| A2A | Review suggested capitalizing the new conformance fixture metadata bullets. | Applied in commit faec896; all checks turned green. |
| A2A | Maintainer noted TCK/ITK efforts were already underway. | Followed the thread into A2A ITK and opened a maintainer-owned license clarification issue. |
| MCP specification | Maintainer redirected a conformance-checklist proposal toward modelcontextprotocol/conformance. |
Treated the original proposal as a learning signal; future MCP work should align with the conformance repo before opening new PRs. |
| OpenAI Agents SDK | Maintainer said AGENTS.md already covers the proposed contributor entrypoint. |
Do not pursue that closed PR further; reuse the lesson in this profile's AGENTS.md alignment guidance. |
| CrewAI | Contributing guide requires the llm-generated label for AI-assisted PRs. |
Added disclosure to the PR body and asked maintainers to apply the label because external contributors cannot add it. |
| Gate | Owner | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Microsoft CLA | Karunanidhi Mishra | Must be accepted manually by the account owner; automation should not sign legal terms. |
| Maintainer review | Upstream maintainers | Required before any open PR can become accepted OSS contribution. |
| License decision for A2A ITK | A2A maintainers | No PR should add a license file until maintainers confirm the intended license. |
| Fork-permission checks | Upstream maintainers or GitHub Actions permissions | Some failures are caused by fork-token permissions, not changed content. |
- Respond to maintainer feedback before opening new broad proposals.
- Prefer small, reviewable fixes over profile promotion.
- Link evidence and validation commands in PR comments only when there is new information.
- Do not mass-tag maintainers.
- Do not claim recognition until public acceptance exists.
- Convert accepted feedback into profile improvements only after the upstream signal is clear.
- Use the contribution monitoring protocol before changing public status language.
