This packet is the single review entry point for maintainers, AAIF/LF-adjacent community members, and enterprise OSS reviewers who want to inspect the Agentic Enterprise Readiness Profile without navigating every release note.
The goal is technical feedback. The goal is not endorsement, affiliation, certification, or project acceptance.
This is an independent OSS profile. It is not an Agentic AI Foundation project, not a Linux Foundation project, and not endorsed by either organization.

Reviewers do not need to review the whole repository.
Pick one lane and one artifact.
The fastest public entry point is the pinned good-first review issue:
The broader reviewer-call entry point is:
Use it when a reviewer wants to challenge a lane, artifact, or route in more detail than a one-signal issue.
The focused proposal-readiness entry point is:
Use it when the question is whether the preflight dossier is credible, what evidence blocks an AAIF/LF-style proposal, or whether the work should stay independent.
The fastest adoption-trial entry point is:
For an adoption trial, compare one repository boundary with one readiness example and report one useful part, one heavy part, and one adoption blocker. Do not request registry listing unless the maintainer explicitly opts in.
| Lane | Start Here | Review Question |
|---|---|---|
| AGENTS.md | templates and example repositories | Are agent instructions specific enough for safe contribution? |
| MCP/tooling | boundary model examples | Are tool actions, side effects, and approval points clear? |
| A2A/interoperability | readiness examples and boundary models | Would this help show conformance, compatibility, and cross-agent evidence? |
| Agent gateway | gateway and policy evidence | Would this help explain policy, routing, and observability needs? |
| Security | SECURITY.md, security posture, release checklist | Are the secret, reporting, and supply-chain boundaries credible? |
| Enterprise adoption | profile levels and testbed examples | Is this too heavy, too light, or useful for due diligence? |
| OSS maintainer | issue templates, reviewer program, adoption trial | Would this create review burden or reduce repeated questions? |
- What should be removed because it is too heavy for normal OSS maintainers?
- Which field or document would make a real repository review easier?
- Should this stay independent, align with AGENTS.md guidance, support MCP/server readiness, help A2A/interoperability evidence, or become an agent gateway governance example?
I am looking for technical feedback, not endorsement.
I maintain an independent OSS Agentic Enterprise Readiness Profile for repositories that need clearer evidence around AGENTS.md instructions, tool/action boundaries, human approval, identity assumptions, audit events, OSS fallbacks, security posture, and reproducible validation.

The profile now has 16 repo-local boundary examples across coding, workflow, support, access, voice, meetings, commerce, finance, generation, brand operations, identity, knowledge, collaboration, live operations, learning, and portfolio governance domains.
I am trying to understand whether this is useful beside AGENTS.md guidance, MCP/server readiness, A2A/interoperability evidence, agent gateway governance use cases, Goose/developer-workflow setup evidence, or whether it should stay independent. If there is a better existing effort, I would rather align than create another checklist.
Public feedback can lead to:
- a profile simplification
- a schema change proposal
- a boundary model template revision
- an adoption trial note
- a compatibility-policy note
- a new example or removal of a weak example
- a release note explaining the change
Use docs/REVIEW_SIGNAL_MATRIX.md if you want to leave a short signal such as useful, too-heavy, no-fit, or route to MCP readiness.
Use .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/route_signal.md if you want the structured issue path with context links, one-sentence response shape, anti-claim checks, and public acknowledgement consent.
Use docs/ROUTE_SIGNAL_RESPONSE_PROTOCOL.md to see how a signal is classified into recorded feedback, accepted change, follow-up issue, non-goal, route change, or adoption trial.
Use docs/ROUTE_SIGNAL_LEDGER.md to inspect public route signals and response states. The ledger currently records no external route signals.
Do not infer any of these from the packet:
- AAIF endorsement
- Linux Foundation endorsement
- production readiness
- security certification
- adoption by another repository
- contributor-list credit from open PRs
- employer endorsement
Contributor credit and ecosystem recognition are claimed only after maintainers merge work or explicitly acknowledge it in public.
The contribution monitoring protocol explains how open PRs, human-only gates, maintainer feedback, and recognition gates are tracked without turning the ledger into promotion.
The reviewer acknowledgement policy explains how useful public feedback can be credited only with explicit consent and without implying endorsement or adoption.
