Code of Conduct

SecureIDE Workbench is maintained by Karunanidhi Mishra as a public enterprise OSS product foundation.

Expected Behavior

  • Be respectful, direct, and technical.
  • Keep issues and pull requests focused on reproducible improvements.
  • Welcome new contributors who are improving setup, documentation, tests, provider alternatives, security posture, or observability.
  • Assume public discussion may be read by future developers evaluating whether to fork or contribute.
  • Preserve the repository boundary: no endorsement, compliance, production certification, Google ranking, GitHub Trending, or contributor-list credit should be claimed without public evidence.

Unacceptable Behavior

  • Harassment, discrimination, personal attacks, or intimidation.
  • Publishing private credentials, customer data, tokens, or non-public infrastructure details.
  • Spamming issues, pull requests, discussions, or maintainer mentions for promotion.
  • Misrepresenting this repository as endorsed by a foundation, vendor, employer, or upstream project without public proof.
  • Using the project to route paid-service credentials, private support obligations, or undisclosed commercial promotion.

Enforcement

Maintainer action may include clarification, issue closure, comment hiding, temporary blocking, or repository-level moderation when behavior harms contributors or project integrity.

For security-sensitive issues, use SECURITY.md instead of public comments.
